I’ve lived on farms my whole life, and have become immensely passionate about healthy organic local food which benefits nature and communities. I’ve spent the last 2.5 years working on a feature documentary film about the transition to regenerative agriculture across the UK – Six Inches of Soil, and have attended/spoken at some of the UK’s key farming events: Groundswell, Oxford Real Farming Conference & The Land Skills Fair.
I’ve travelled in many countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, South and Central America and Australasia researching different methodologies and ways of approaching the current food crises we face, and I now feel equipped to bring my skills as an ecological designer to help farms instigate holistic and transformative projects.
I trained at Ashburton Chef’s Academy, graduating with distinction with a Certificate of Culinary Arts – I’m a passionate foodie and always experimenting with farm to fork recipes and seeking to understand how we can be as healthy as possible living from the land around us.

Founded by myself and Max Barker, this project bridges the gap between regenerative agriculture and rewilding. Watch the film here.
I’m currently living and working at Glastonbury Nut Farm, focused on agroforestry, community food projects, and developing an educational outreach programme.
Committed to serving the natural world with my head, heart and hands.
I’m always keen to learn from others in the environmental movement, and to offer whatever I can to help. Please do get in touch and let’s work together to allow nature to thrive once again.
